Vance is editor of Connect Business Magazine. He has a Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling from Minnesota State University and is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Minnesota and National Certified Counselor (NCC). He and his wife homeschool a 16-year-old daughter with spina bifida and a 14-year-old son. Raised in Cincinnati, he moved in 1995 from Baltimore to Minnesota.
